Hi! My name is Crystal Natalino. I am a licensed physical therapist, certified personal trainer, and fitness and wellness enthusiast. My mission is to make fitness training accessible to people of all levels and abilities, helping to break down the physical barriers through a hybrid of physical therapy and personal training. I have over 16 years of experience of outpatient and home care experience, and a lifetime of personal fitness experience including gymnastics, aerial fitness, crossfit, yoga, pilates, resistance training, HIIT, and more. It brings me great excitement to finally merge my passions in an effort to help you maximize your true potential through safe, effective, personalized training and nutritional support. Let’s see what we can accomplish together!

Because COVID has caused a huge impact on everyone’s lives, I have implemented a variety of ways to deliver programming to you both in person and virtually to meet your level of comfort and to fit into your current lifestyle, however that may look today.
